Cookie policy

Following the entry into force of the amendment to the Spanish Information Society Services Law (LSSICE) established by Royal Decree 13/2012, websites that use non-essential cookies must obtain the user's express consent before the user browses them.

Cookies and similar technologies, such as local shared objects, flash cookies or pixels, are tools used by web servers to store and retrieve information about visitors, and to ensure proper website operation.

Through these devices, the web server can remember user-related data such as display preferences, username and password, products of interest or other technical information.

According to the EU directive, cookies requiring informed consent are analytics, advertising and affiliate cookies. Technical cookies and those necessary for the operation of the website or the provision of services expressly requested by the user are exempt.

• Analytics cookies: collect information about how the website is used.
• Social cookies: necessary for external social networks.
• Affiliate cookies: allow tracking of visits from other websites with an affiliate agreement.
• Advertising and behavioural cookies: collect information about the user's preferences and personal choices.
• Technical and functional cookies: strictly necessary for use of the website and provision of the contracted service.

• PHPSESSID: technical and strictly necessary cookie containing the session identifier. It is deleted when the browser is closed.
• _lang: technical and strictly necessary cookie containing the session language. It is deleted when the browser is closed.
• ac_cookies: technical and strictly necessary cookie containing the cookie acceptance value. It expires 1 year after the last update.
• _ga: Google Analytics cookie enabling unique visit control. It expires 2 years after the last update.
• _gat: Google Analytics Universal cookie used to throttle request rate. It expires after 10 minutes.
• _utma: Google Analytics cookie recording the first and last visit dates. It expires 2 years after the last update.
• _utmb: Google Analytics cookie recording arrival time on the website. It expires 30 minutes after the last update.
• _utmc: Google Analytics cookie used for interoperability with the urchin.js tracking code. It is deleted when the browser is closed.
• _utmt: Google Analytics cookie used to process the type of request made by the user. It expires at the end of the session.
• _utmv: Google Analytics cookie used to segment demographic data. It expires at the end of the session.
• _utmz: Google Analytics cookie storing traffic source or campaign. It expires 6 months after the last update.

Users can allow, block or delete cookies installed on their device through the settings options of the browser installed on it.

• Chrome: Settings > Show advanced options > Privacy > Content settings > Cookies.
• Internet Explorer: Tools > Internet Options > General > Browsing history.
• Firefox: History > Clear recent history, selecting cookies, cache and active logins.
• Safari: Safari / Edit > Reset Safari or website data management from preferences.
• Opera: Options > Advanced > Cookies.
• Other browsers: consult the specific documentation for the browser installed.
