Venue availability will vary depending on the date.
Group booking conditions
For bookings of 6 people or more, our team works to provide a unique gastronomic experience. This requires planning and service preparation in advance. When making the booking, the client must select one of the available menus or choose dishes from the à la carte menu.
As a booking guarantee, the client must make a prepayment of 25% of the amount by bank transfer.

The prepayment will be deducted from the final payment once the experience at Palau Alameda has been enjoyed.
Cancellation of group bookings
- From 6 to 10 people: bookings may be cancelled or modified free of charge up to 72 hours beforehand. After this period changes will not be possible and cancellation will cost 25% of the booking. Changes are subject to restaurant availability.
- From 10 to 20 people: bookings may be cancelled or modified free of charge up to 1 week beforehand. After this period changes will not be possible and cancellation will cost 25% of the booking. Changes are subject to restaurant availability.
General booking conditions
- Contact information: to accept the booking, you must provide name, surname, phone, email, desired date and time, and number of guests. Without this information, the booking request is invalid and may not be considered confirmed.
- Subject to confirmation: the booking must be accepted by Palau Alameda staff. For group bookings, it will only be confirmed once the 25% prepayment has been made.
- Same-day bookings: bookings made for the same day will not have a special menu and ordering will only be possible from the à la carte menu. Availability of all dishes offered cannot be guaranteed.
- Allergies and special situations: when making the booking, you must expressly inform us if any guest is allergic to any food, vegetarian or has any other situation that may affect menu preparation.
- Grace period: tables are held for a maximum of 20 minutes from the booking time. If the delay will be longer, please let us know. In the event of a no-show after this period, the booking will be deemed improperly cancelled and, for group bookings, the amount paid will be forfeited.
Privacy policy applied to bookings
Personal data provided to Palau Alameda will be processed in accordance with current data protection regulations and will become part of a file owned by Music Resort, S.L., for the purpose of maintaining, developing and controlling the commercial relationship.
This data will be retained while there is mutual interest in maintaining the purpose of processing. When no longer necessary, it will be deleted with appropriate security measures to ensure pseudonymisation or total destruction.
You may withdraw consent at any time and exercise your rights of access, rectification, portability, erasure, restriction or objection by contacting the Data Protection Officer at dpo@gdx-group.com, by ordinary mail at C/ Naturalista Rafael Cisternas, 4 - 4º - 6, 46010 Valencia, or by sending an email to reservas@palaualameda.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority (www.agpd.es) if you consider that processing does not comply with current regulations.
